Sandra Monti is Senior Scientist at the Institute for the Organic Synthesis and Photoreactivity of the Consiglio Nazionale delle Ricerche in Bologna (Italy). Research in the Sandra Monti's group concerns the study of photoinduced processes in molecular and supramolecular host:guest systems, with particular attention to spectroscopy, photophysics and photochemistry of drugs, drug:protein, drug:nucleic acid and drug:cyclodextrin complexes.
