Sophia grew up in London and studied Chemistry at the University of Durham, graduating in 2004 with an MChem degree. She joined the RSC in 2004 as an Assistant Editor for Journal of Materials Chemistry. Since 2005, Sophia has been Deputy Editor of Journal of Materials Chemistry and Soft Matter. In her spare time, she enjoys singing, playing the flute and dancing.
