Yes, you can save articles (HTML or PDF) to then read offline.

How do I view the PDF or HTML of an article?

On the article landing page there are buttons for PDF and HTML along the bottom menu bar, select these options to view the full text of an article.

How do I select which journals to automatically display the Advance Articles for?

Use the "Journals" tab and tick the journals that you would like to follow.

Not yet though we are looking at alternative methods of authentication.
