1.0 - Creating a new image
Start up CorelDraw and follow the steps given below:
- From the "File" menu select "New..." - a new blank page will appear.
- From the "Layout" menu select "Page Setup...", set the parameters as shown below, then click "OK". The "Width" value shown (83 mm) is for single column width illustrations. For double column width images use a "Width" of 171 mm.
- Create your image in the space shown, utilising the full width available.
