For manuscripts that (i) need revision, or (ii) have been accepted unrevised, a ZIP file or similar archive containing the following files is required:


Required

  • The text, saved in one of the acceptable text file formats.
  • The graphics, saved individually in one of the acceptable file formats. ChemDraw files are particularly useful when enhancing the online Prospect version of an article. 
  • A graphical and textual abstract for the contents pages, saved individually in one of the acceptable file formats.
  • Any supplementary/supporting information (except CIF files), in one of the listed acceptable file formats.
  • Any revised crystallographic CIF files in plain text format only.
  • A covering letter, in one of the listed acceptable file formats.          

In addition, if possible please provide

  • A single PDF file incorporating:
    • Text (either template or non-template formatted).
    • Graphics (either within or at the end of the text).
    • A graphical and/or textual abstract for the contents pages (if required).          
  • A PDF file incorporating any supplementary/supporting information (except CIF files).
