Bader Award

The Bader Award was founded by an endowment from Dr Alfred Bader to recognise eminence in organic chemistry. It is awarded annually and includes a prize of £2,000.

The award is open to those who currently work in an academic institution in the United Kingdom or Republic of Ireland. The major part of the work being considered for the prize must also have been carried out in such an institution.

There is no restriction on age but those who have previously received an RSC award are not eligible.  Both nominations and applications are welcome and should be accompanied by a CV, a list of publications, a brief supporting statement and the name of one referee.

Nominations will reopen on 1st September 2008

If you would like to receive a reminder email when nominations reopen, please send an email to the Awards Administrator.
