Comprehensive Spending Review Response

The Royal Society of Chemistry is pleased with the outcome of the Comprehensive Spending Review (CSR). These spending plans demonstrate that the Government sees science as a key area underpinning the future of the UK economy. The RSC welcomes this sign of support and recognition. In return the RSC has offered to work with the Government to ensure that its plans set out in the accompanying "Science and Innovation Investment Framework 2004 -2014" come to fruition for the benefit of the UK as a whole.
