International Review of Materials

The Engineering and Physical Sciences Research Council (EPSRC) is undertaking the review to benchmark the UKs research standing in this area and to identify gaps or missed opportunities.  The RSC has responded to this Review, highlighting forthcoming research areas, threats to future materials research in the UK, and the particular strengths of the UK's research community.

Over £740 million is invested each year by the EPSRC in research and training.  The information gathered through this review process will help the EPSRC to develop its future strategy, and is therefore of utmost importance to the research community.
