Classification, Labelling and Packaging Regulation Notification: What happens next?

CLP notification obligations did not pass with the 3 January deadline. There is continuing requirement to notify substances new to the market and to update existing notifications as new information becomes available. 

There is also an on-going requirement to harmonise classification and labelling and if possible to take the necessary steps with fellow suppliers to work towards this aim.
