22: Frameworks for Higher Education Qualifications

This publication gives a brief outline of the inception of the Frameworks through the National Committee of Inquiry into Higher Education report in 1997 (a separate framework was recommended by the Garrick report in Scotland.) The publication also outlines the RSC's input and the current status of the frameworks.
