What would you have done differently?

I'm pleased to say that I wouldn't have done anything differently.  I might have kept hold of some of the functions a bit.

What has been your biggest disappointment?

Sadly, my main partner Dr Steve Bone dying of cancer in 2003 and not seeing the fruits of our endeavours to date.

In the time since you started up, what do you think you have learned about running a business and about yourself?

It is no exaggeration to say that the amount I have learned is vast.  I have a pretty good understanding of my strengths and weaknesses and am realistic about what can be achieved.

What's the single most important thing that helped your business succeed?

Two things: Don't give up and; Continually learn.
