RSC Publishing and IUPAC Books


The publishing of books and eBooks form a key part of RSC's mission to communicate the chemical sciences.   

Since 2001 RSC Publishing has been working in partnership with IUPAC to publish several key authoritative reference works.     

IUPAC is recognized worldwide as the authority on chemical nomenclature, terminology, standardized methods for measurement, atomic weights, and many other critically evaluated data. 

In partnership with the RSC, IUPAC are co-publishing the latest editions of their nomenclature books.  These books form an essential series of reference manuals for all practicing chemists and contain the latest recommendations from the regulatory bodies.
