Performance Management and Remuneration Committee
The purpose of the Performance Management and Remuneration Committee is to manage on behalf of Council the appointment, and termination of employment of the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), as may be necessary from time to time. To set objectives and review the performance of the CEO, setting his/her salary in accordance with RSC's performance management procedures and to provide general direction to the CEO (By-law 74) on people managment issues, providing guidance on matters of importance or difficulty.
