Nanoart on nanostage.' An entry by Yong Qing Fu in the 2007 Owlstone photography competition at the department of engineering, University of Cambridge, UK. The photo shows a silicon nanostruture etched using the advanced technique of deep reactive ion etching. On the etched Si pillars, some nanodot agglomerates balance perfectly on this nanostage.
