Will specialises in team effectiveness with a track-record of enabling over 100 teams across 6 countries to achieve the 30% extra that comes from working effectively together.

Will is a Chartered HR Professional, with accreditations in coaching, mediation and psychometric tools. Before setting up his own consultancy in 2009, Will worked in AstraZeneca Pharmaceuticals where he introduced 'team effectiveness' both as a global capability and as a specific programme for the critical drug-project teams, personally coaching a set of teams accountable for $8bn of sales and $5bn of spend.

His work with teams was acknowledged through an interview by The Times on team best practice.

Dr Mike Pitts, is an organic chemist by training. He worked as a postdoctoral associate at the University of Vienna on anti-tumour compounds as part of a collaborative European project before spending five years working in the chemical industry. 

He joined Chemistry Innovation in 2007 and since assisted over 250 companies in developing more sustainable products. With Chemistry Innovation he works to build new collaborative teams addressing projects on lifecycle analysis, renewable chemicals, industrial biotechnology and resource efficiency across the chemistry-using industries.
