Databases

Databases are displayed using Microsoft Access. If you have Microsoft Access installed^* simply select from the databases listed below. Otherwise, click here to install a runtime version of Microsoft Access that will enable you to view the databases. ^**

In order to view the databases correctly you will need to install the RSC font which contains many useful chemical symbols. Click here to install the RSC font. ^**

*Depending on the version of Access you have installed, you may encounter a security warning when opening a database file over the web. Please be assured that the RSC is a trustworthy source and you are safe to ignore this warning, but also please read our Terms & Conditions

**The installers for Access Runtime and the RSC font are each held in a .zip file. Depending on your operating system, you may need to follow the instructions on-screen to unzip the file then activate the installer by clicking on the .exe file.
