IP Case Law Seminar

Introduction
The eighth Royal Society of Chemistry Law Group’s annual and highly popular seminar will focus on recent high profile intellectual property law developments in the field of chemistry, in the UK, at the European Patent Office and in the US. The seminar will be chaired by Joe Lenthall, Mewburn Ellis, and topics covered will include a review of recent EPO case law in the field of chemistry, an update from the US, a review of Actavis & others v ICOS & Lilly (Cialis), and discussion of Lyrica: an update and a European perspective.

Registration for the seminar will open at 1pm. The seminar will take place from 1.30 to 5pm and will be followed by a networking drinks reception from 5 to 6pm.
