HPLC and Troubleshooting:
A Performance Qualification Approach (1 day)
A comprehensive course in the isolation, correction and prevention of problems in liquid chromatography

Who should take this course?

This course is designed for anyone who works with HPLC. No previous experience with HPLC systems is assumed; however, much of the course will also appeal to the more experienced chromatographer.

What does it cover?

"HPLC Troubleshooting" is an intensive one day course that teaches you how to solve the common problems that can occur with your LC methods. You'll also learn how to prevent many of these problems from occurring in the first place. This course covers:
Operating principles of each module in an HPLC system
Review of HPLC theory as it applies to troubleshooting and instrument maintenance
Why performance qualification (PQ) is so important
Proven techniques for systematic problem solving and instrument maintenance
The most effective, time saving and money saving approaches to preventing common hardware problems and method failures
