16 January 2018 12:00-18:00, Preston, United Kingdom

Introduction

Ccall for free registration to 2nd International workshop on Nanomaterials in Health / Medicine scheduled on 16th January 2018 from 12 noon to 6 pm. This is the 1st dissemination activity as a part of our 2nd UKIERI project (https://uclannanomedicine.net/events/).

Please find attached a flyer where you can see that several top researchers from various academic and industrial organisations in UK, Europe and India are presenting.  The main objective of the event is to bring researchers from academia and industries to discuss about future grant application under Global Challenge Research Fund (GCRF) similar to our earlier event (https://nanosymposiumatuclan.net/forum-and-discussion-2/) .  Please note that only 50 places are available for free registration in which 15 of them are speakers and project members.

Those who are interested to present posters in the event, please note that only 10 posters will be selected for presentation due to space and time constraint.  We encourage early carrier researchers (Undergraduate, Post-graduate, PhD students and post-doctoral research associate or fellows) to present their posters.  Best poster will be awarded at the end of poster session.

Those who want to present their business poster, please contact to tsen@uclan.ac.uk with the proposal.

The above activity is a continuation of our earlier events such as 1st workshop on Magnetic nanoparticles (https://nanowateratuclan.org/an-international-workshop-on-magnetic-nanoparticles/), 1st international symposium 揊unctional Nanomaterials in Industrial Applications: Academic-Industry Meet?  Special focus issue in Nanomedicine (https://www.futuremedicine.com/toc/nnm/11/21) and Elsevier Materials Today: Proceedings (http://www.sciencedirect.com/science/journal/22147853/4/1?sdc=2)  as a part of our 1st International UKIERI project (www.nanowateratuclan.org).
