Teachers' spectroscopy visit to the University of Nottingham

Introduction
If you are a teacher who teaches high school chemistry. Come to the University of Nottingham to see their state-of-the-art NMR and mass spectrometry facilities.  Understand more about spectroscopic techniques and gain valuable insight into their use in active research to incorporate into your lessons.

4.00 pm – 4:30 pm registration & refreshments
4:30 pm – 5.00 pm tour of mass spectrometry facilities by Dr Mick Cooper (of the Mass Spectrometry Team
5.00 pm – 5:30 pm tour of NMR facilities by Dr Huw Williams (NMR Facilities Manager)
5:30 pm – 6.00 pm further questions and refreshments
