Workshop - Choosing and Sponsoring a QP

26 September 2019 09:30-16:30, Reading, United Kingdom

Introduction

COURSE overview

On Thursday, 26 September 2019, we will be running a one-day Workshop to equip you with the skills, tools and techniques needed to select a Trainee QP and then support them on through their training journey to success in their Viva Assessment.

The role of a QP Sponsor carries significant responsibilities and accountability that includes providing support, mentoring and ensuring that gained theoretical knowledge is correctly related to the challenges seen in the manufacture and control of medicinal products. Importantly, a Sponsor is also responsible for verifying and signing off a Trainee QP’s technical knowledge and experience prior to their Viva Assessment.

Due to these responsibilities not only to the aspiring QP, but also your employer, your own Professional Body and to patients, the importance of the selection of a Trainee QP and your role thereafter cannot be overstated.

This is a must attend workshop for practising QPs, QA Managers and Quality Professionals.

This one day workshop will allow you to:

  • Plan for the success of your trainee including identifying knowledge gaps and creating effective training plans
