Exploring the workplace for LGBT+ physical scientists

26 June 2019 12:00-16:00, London, United Kingdom

Introduction

The Institute of Physics, Royal Astronomical Society and the Royal Society of Chemistry carried out the first ever survey of LGBT+ physical scientists in the UK, collecting evidence on workplace climate and experiences. We are presenting the results of this research, along with recommendations for how we can create a climate that enables everyone to be fully themselves in their workplace or place of study.

We welcome individuals, employers, policy makers and professional body representatives to attend.  We will have a diversity of speakers, the majority of whom will be from the LGBT+ community.

This event is free to attend but please register to reserve your place.
