Using your information
In order for you to explain your situation to us, we understand this will require you to disclose sensitive information, as well as your personal contact details.This information will only be used for the purpose for which it is collected, will remain secure and confidential and processed in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. It will be kept no longer than is necessary, with electronic records being deleted as soon as we have finalised your assistance.
The Chemists’ Community Fund will use the information you provide to process your request. To enable us to provide you with appropriate support, we may share some details with another member of the Chemists’ Community Fund team. We will not, however, share any information you provide to us with any other internal or external parties outside of this team without your prior written express and informed consent.
In some cases, we may suggest referring you to a service or means of support provided by a third party partner, which will involve you completing an application form and a representative from that third party contacting you directly. We will confirm these details with you first, and obtain your written consent for the necessary information to be shared before doing so.
