This form should only be completed by the librarian or duly authorised member of staff qualified to provide all relevant IP addresses for the site, and able to accept the online licensing terms in the RSC Electronic Licence Agreement on behalf of all Authorised Users at the subscribing institution or company site.
The form should be used to register the IP addresses of a site that has valid, free on-line access to RSC periodicals, and databases, and Specialist Periodical Reports, i.e. a site at which a full-rate institutional print/on-line subscription is received, or where the latest volume of a Specialist Periodical Reports has been purchased.
A site is defined as one institution or company in one city, or within a five mile (eight km) radius of the subscriber's address. (A fuller definition is available in the RSC Electronic Licence Agreement.) IP addresses that cover only this definition should be given.

- If you have already registered in previous years. There is no need to register again.
- If you wish to notify us of changes to your IP address(es). Instead, send the changes to the ejournals contact below quoting your customer number and full address of your organisation.
- If you are having problems accessing one of your subscriptions. Instead, send details of the problem to ejournals quoting your customer number and full address of your organisation. Please check that you do in fact subscribe to the journal and year that you are trying to access.
