In it, they state their promise to invest £310 million in the discovery, development and commercialisation of research, including £130m for Stratified Medicine and £180m for a Biomedical Catalyst Fund.
They will introduce Higher Level Apprenticeships covering post A-level education, with the ambition of delivering 420 Apprenticeships over the next five years.
Two independent Life Sciences Champions will be appointed, with one acting as the chair of a Life Sciences Advisory Board, and the second acting as a collaboration champion - fostering partnership across the UK and within government.
