Caption : supplementary figure 1. isolation of primary murine neutrophils from bone marrow. marrow was harvested from 10-week-old male c57bl/6 mice and treated with erythrocyte ammonium chloride potassium (ack) lysing buffer prior to density gradient centrifugation using histopaque 1077 and 1119. neutrophil purity was assessed by flow cytometry, and neutrophils were identified as ly6g+/cd11b+ as shown. a purity of approximately 85% was attained.
