The quantity [H]₀ (total concentration of host) is incorrectly written as [H₀] or H₀ in several locations including section 3.2, the caption for Fig. 4 and Appendix A.

The quantity [G]₀ (total concentration of guest) is incorrectly written as [G₀] or G₀ in several locations including the caption for Fig. 4, section 6.2 and Appendix A.

The simulated UV-Vis titration shown in Fig. 6 is for a different negative co-operativity scenario than that described in the caption and the text; that is instead of negative co-operativity with α = 0.025 (K₁ = 400 000 and K₂ = 2500 M⁻¹), Fig. 6 instead shows the simulated results for negative co-operativity with α = 0.4 (K₁ = 100 000 and K₂ = 10 000 M⁻¹). The corrected figure for Fig. 6 with negative co-operativity with α = 0.025 is shown below:
