Med. Chem. Commun., 2012, 3 (DOI: 10.1039/C1MD00203A). Amendment published 9th November 2011.

The authors regret the following error:

The sentence “Having recently identified JAHAs (parent JAHA is shown, N1-(ferrocenyl)-N8-hydroxyoctanediamide, Fig. 1) as potent ferrocene-based HDACis,8 we now disclose the synthesis and biological investigation of triazole-based analogues, namely click JAHAs, since they may offer the potential to act as metal-based probes for cocrystal structure determinations of HDACs."

should read:

“Having recently identified JAHAs (parent JAHA is N1-(ferrocenyl)-N8-hydroxyoctanediamide) as potent ferrocene-based HDACis,8 we now disclose the synthesis and biological investigation of triazole-based analogues, namely click JAHAs, since they may offer the potential to act as metal-based probes for cocrystal structure determinations of HDACs.”

The Royal Society of Chemistry apologises for these errors and any consequent inconvenience to authors and readers.
