This amendment corrects a transposition in the labeling of AtELO2 and AtELO3. AtELO2 was mislabeled within the manuscript as AtELO3 and should refer to AT3G06470. Likewise, AtELO3 was mislabeled as AtELO2 and should refer to AT4G36830 (HOS3). This correction is consistent with the nomenclature established on the Arabidopsis 2010 Plant Metabolomics website (www.plantmetabolomics.org)

The SALK allele numbers listed on each volcano plot, the labeling of AtELO1, AtELO4, and the double and triple knock-out lines are all correct as is within the manuscript.
