In the above-referenced paper, we have reported the dependence of the ⁵D₀ lifetime of Eu³⁺ in KYF₄:Eu³⁺ NCs and its bulk counterparts on the refractive index of the medium at RT. We have now found an error in the data analysis in Fig. 6. The corrected Fig. 6 is shown in the following.

These corrections do not affect the conclusions and discussion contained in this paper.
