The incompressibility condition (7) turns (37) into the Laplace equation. Its solution is

U(x, y, z) = (C + Dqz)e^iqx+qz

with D = (– C_x – iC_z, 0, C_z – iC_x).

should read:

In the incompressible limit λ_s ≫ μ_s, the solution of eqn(37) reads

U(x, y, z) = (C + Dqz)e^iqx+qz

with D = (C_x – iC_z, 0, –iC_x – C_z).
