The caption of Fig. 4 is incorrect and should read as follows:

AFM images of β-lactoglobulin fibrils assembly, after 2 h sonication treatment, when confined in the lamellar (A), the cubic (B) and the hexagonal (C) phase. The right column depicts the fibrils tracking needed for the calculation of the 2D order parameter.
