February 2019: We have revised our bursary scheme in response to the amount of requests we've been getting. We will now have quarterly deadlines for applications. Details can be viewed on our 'awards' page.
January 2019: We held our AGM in London and welcomed Mark and Deborah to the committee. We discussed new ways in which we can support our members in future - please get in touch if you have any thoughts!
Summer 2018: This year we’ve awarded a large number of student bursaries. Iona Hill from the University of Strathclyde reported back to us about how presenting at an International conference gave the opportunity to expand their network and gather new ideas. June 2018: At our latest committee meeting we were sorry to say goodbye to longstanding committee members Alistair Dent and Dan Bracewell. However, we welcome Mark Dickman and Deborah Mawson as new representatives and look forward to working together.
May 2018: We have confirmed that the next ECRM will be at the University of Cambridge on the 28th/29th March 2019 - save the date!"
March 2018: We held our annual early career researcher meeting (ECRM) at the University of York. Topics ranged from biomolecular archaeology to drug toxicology. More information about the event can be found under related links at the bottom of this page.

16th – 17th March 2016: The 3rd Analytical Biosciences Early Career Researcher Meeting held at the University of Liverpool saw a great line up of talks, covering topics from forensics to archaeology.
