Bribery Act Training

The RSC has compiled these important training materials as guidance for members who represent the RSC as volunteers.

The Bribery Act 2010 imposes criminal liability on individuals and organisations in the event that employees, subsidiaries, agents or consultants pay or accept bribes in relation to the organisation's business anywhere in the world.

In order to ensure that all members who represent the RSC are appropriately informed about this Act it is recommended that they watch the Bribery Training Video in full.

The additional case studies are there to help support the training, providing examples of where members may come across bribery, as it is not always straightforward.  The Anti-Bribery Policy is also included for additional information if required.
