First hybrid Faraday Division Council meeting

The May meeting of the Faraday Division Council marked its first foray into a hybrid format. With a mixture of in-person attendees at the RSC’s facilities in Burlington House and virtual participants, the Council welcomed the return of in-person discussions and networking with the flexibility of virtual attendance.

Included in the many agenda items on the day, the Faraday Division Council thanked former President Claire Vallance for her hard work and dedication to the physical chemistry community. As a part of the Council’s thanks to Claire, current President Dwayne Heard presented Claire Vallance with her President’s medal.
