I am the Director of the UK office of Dr Knoell Consult, based in Cardiff. The company is a full service provider in global regulatory affairs, product safety, and consulting for agrochemicals, biocides, industrial/specialty chemicals, human and veterinary pharmaceuticals, medical devices and cosmetics.

Our head office is in Germany and we have offices in several other locations around the world meaning collectively we have experience of many different regulatory regimes. From the Cardiff office, we offer support for REACH and the new UK-REACH regulations (e.g. preparation of dossiers, risk assessment, or just advice) and for Agrochemical registration.

Before entering regulatory consultancy, I spent 20 years in various R&D roles with a major producer of Si chemicals. Latterly I had a key role working on their preparedness for REACH registration. I have found that clients appreciate the combination of real industrial experience and regulatory consultancy in understanding their business needs.
