I am a driven technical and business leader, who embraces change and enjoys new challenges, with over 25 years’ experience in the printing and packaging industry.

I can provide support on a range of technical and leadership topics. My strengths include understanding the importance of stakeholder alignment and transparency in communication. I have had the opportunity to play an active role in industry organisations to support lobbying of governments to ensure the implementation of legislation that makes sense to all stakeholders.

With a solid track record of leading multidisciplinary, multicultural teams, my technical competencies include food packaging legislation, project management, practical troubleshooting and problem solving.

I have extensive experience in global environments, having lived and worked in the UK, Sweden and Switzerland and am fluent in both English and Swedish and am able to communicate in a business environment in German.

I have a pragmatic outlook on life and work with a set of personal values, which are trust, mutual respect and maintaining a work life balance.
