#RSCPoster is a global Twitter Poster Conference, held entirely online over the course of 24 hours. The event brings together the global chemistry community to network with colleagues across the world and at every career stage, share their research and engage in scientific debate.
The 2021 #RSCPoster Twitter Conference was held on 2 March 2021 from 12:00 UTC for 24 hours and has now finished. It was an incredible year with 5,500 attendees tweeting and almost 900 presenters from 62 countries sharing their science to a potential audience of over 41 million. Find out more and see who won.

Introducing #RSCPosterPitch
Introducing #RSCPosterLive – The #RSCPoster Conference Live Webinars
On Tuesday 2 March 2021 we held three live webinars.
The #RSCPoster Conference brings together chemists from across the globe and at every career stage to network with their peers, share their research and engage in scientific debate. But we wanted to discuss beyond research, and support dialogue on topics affecting chemists at every stage of their career.
That’s why we introduced #RSCPosterLive; a series of free webinars which were open to everyone and ran parallel to the #RSCPoster conference. We tried to spread the sessions across time zones, however, we understand that not everyone was able to make these timeslots. We sent all registered attendees a link to the recorded webinar following the event.
The webinars were:
- Choosing your supervisor
- Pathways to professor
- Mental health in STEM
Watch out for similar talks next year.
