Nitrogen factor for Nephrops norvegicus (scampi)

On page 351, the value of 0.62% in line 6 of the Conclusion section should be 0.46% and the value –0.08% in line 8 should be +0.08%. The last sentence of the Conclusion section should read 'Cumulatively these currently necessary processes reduced the nitrogen content of the tail meats by about 0.46% (i.e., storage on ice –0.1, peeling –0.3, cleaning –0.14 and draining after cleaning +0.08%) and increased the moisture content by about 3.5% (i.e., peeling +25 and cleaning +1.0%)'.
