Please note the following errors:

the second last sentence on page 1069 should read ‘Subsequent oxidative addition with aryl bromide yields an aryl Pd(II) species’; i.e. ‘Pd(III)’ should be changed to ‘Pd(II)’.
the caption to Scheme 1 on page 1070 should read ‘A plausible mechanism for palladium catalyzed phosphination’; i.e. ‘phosphinylation’ should be changed to ‘phosphination’.
