R-factors based on F^2^ are statistically about twice as large as those based on F, and R- factors based on ALL data will be even larger. We carefully checked the possibility of P-1. Refinement of the structure of 4b with P-1 resulted in high R-value as high as 10%, because some solvent molecules break the centro-symmetry.
