Table 1 should read as shown below:

The theoretical light conversion efficiency to H2 is 1.5% in nitrogenase-containing cyanobacteria. This calculation is based on the 38 photons that are required to (a) generate 6C sugars in the vegetative cells that are utilized as electron donors in the heterocysts; (b) raise the energy of the electrons in the heterocysts to the level of ferredoxin; and (c) meet the 4 ATP requirement of the nitrogenase.
