In Section 3.3, we write that "This analysis led to a value of 0.18 ± 0.06 for the catalyst reaction order." In fact, the correct reaction order is actually 0.20 ± 0.06, not 0.18 ± 0.06.

In Section 3.4, we write that "A log–log plot of the pseudo-first-order rate constant vs. the palmitic acid loading yields a slope of 0.42 ± 0.13 for the best-fit line. Thus, the apparent reaction order for palmitic acid is 1.42 ± 0.13, or roughly unity." In fact, the correct slope is –0.53 ± 0.19, and the correct reaction order is 0.47 ± 0.19, not 1.42 ± 0.13.
