The author regrets the following errors:

(1) Page 1570, Table 4, R should be R′, and R′ should be R.

(2) The peaks of typical trace impurities (grease) arising from work up were removed in some of the ¹H NMR spectra in the supplementary material of this paper. The original traces are now included in a revised supplementary material.

The Royal Society of Chemistry apologises for these errors and any consequent inconvenience to authors and readers.
