In the 'Results and Discussion' section on page 4 of the article, the passage 'However the Zn isotopic signature for blood from menopausal women is significantly lighter than that from women with a Mirena® at the 90% confidence level' is incorrect.

The correct passage should read as follows: 'However the Zn isotopic signature for blood from menopausal women is significantly heavier than that from women with a Mirena® at the 90% confidence level.'


The Royal Society of Chemistry apologises for these errors and any consequent inconvenience to authors and readers.
