The authors wish to point out that U/nm2 in the heading of the right-hand column in Table 1 should be read as 104U/nm2. Furthermore, on the 10th line from the top of the right-hand column of p. 3806, 3.9 nm2 should be read as 3.9 × 10−4 nm2 and 3.6 nm2 should be read as 3.6 × 10−4 nm2.
