In this paper we reproduced some Figures and a Table (Fig. 1 A,B; Fig. 2 B,C,D; Fig. 3 A,B,C; Fig. 4; Fig. 5; Table S1) that had been previously published in another paper of ours (Electrochim. Acta, 2013, 114, 726–735). The material reported in the two papers is the same but shows a different focus. Accordingly, we neglected to indicate a difference between them. We are very sorry for this mistake, but have now obtained a formal permission statement from Electrochimica Acta for the republication of these Figures and the Table.
