In Scheme 2, part k the ratios for compounds 70/72 and 71/73 should be 46/54 and 58/42 respectively, and not 58/42 and 46/54 as previously published.

In Table 4 the heading for column 10 should read Microtuble assembly IC₅₀/M and not Microtuble tubulin IC₅₀/M as previously published.
