The technology of reference 8c, used in the manuscript for preparation of compound 6 from compound 5, was invented by Dr. Zdenko Časar et al. and protected in the patent application WO 2009133097. The invention of Dr Časar et al. was used in the manuscript without the prior knowledge of the inventors. The details of transformation of compound 5 to compound 6, using DMAP catalysts, are going to be discussed in detail in a separate publication.
