Fig. 13 caption now reads: Fig. 13 Schematic model by Jonsson et al.36 of two platelets made of charged discrete sites that are positive on the edge (blue/dark) and negative on the face (red/light) in typical T-bond (a) and PPO (b) configurations, and effective potential between them at various salt concentrations (c) and (d). The global minimum is always found for the PPO configurations, while the T-bonded ones are only local minima. However, in the absence of salt, this model predicts no net attractive contribution from the T-bonded configurations. Figure adapted with permission from Ref. [36].
